抄録

A novel synthetic scheme for constructing cyclic porphyrin oligomers is presented: bisporphyrin derivative 1 reacts with La(acac)₃ in 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene to yield porphyrin polygons, such as cyclic dimer 1₂·2La(III) and cyclic trimer 1₃·3La(III).
