New [Formula Presented] isomers in [Formula Presented] and [Formula Presented] and their decays were studied by observing [Formula Presented] rays from the projectilelike fragments produced by the deep-inelastic collision [Formula Presented]. The lifetimes of the [Formula Presented] isomers have been measured to be [Formula Presented] and [Formula Presented] and [Formula Presented], respectively. The [Formula Presented] isotones from [Formula Presented] to [Formula Presented] turned out to show quite different energy spectra of the yrast states up to [Formula Presented], depending on the orbital occupied by valence protons.
