抄録

Carbohydrates on the cell surfaces play significant roles in both intra- and inter-cellular communication such as pathogen infection and cell growth. In order to analyze the biological phenomena, a sugar bio-device is indispensable. Sugar array is the suitable device to analyze the interactions with proteins and cells. In this work, we have developed sugar array using self-assembled monolayer on Si and glass substrates and investigated the protein interaction.
