N2 - We developed a PDMS microchannel integrated type terahertz chip for trace analysis of liquid solution. By utilizing near-field interactions of locally generated THz waves with a few arrays of metamaterials and the liquid solution flowing inside the PDMS microchannel, we found the possibility of high-sensitive and quantitative sensing of the trace amount of liquid solution with different concentration.
