抄録

The synthesis of chemical vapor deposition (CVD) diamond films on the WC-Co substrates via electrophoretic deposition was presented. The improvement of the strength of adhesion force between CVD diamond and WC-Co substrate was also discussed. The application of heat treatment was profitable for the enhancement of the adhesion force between CVD diamond and the substrate.
