abstract = "Cell image analysis is important for research and discovery in biology and medicine. In this paper, we present our cell tracking methods, which is capable of obtaining fine-grain cell behavior metrics. In order to address difficulties under dense culture conditions, where cell detection cannot be done reliably since cell often touch with blurry intercellular boundaries, we proposed two methods which are global data association and jointly solving cell detection and association. We also show the effectiveness of the proposed methods by applying the method to the biological researches.",
