We synthesize novel thermos ens itive Polymerl that has rektively large thermal hysteresis. Phase transition temperature of Polymer 1 is 37.9°C for heating process and 30.7°C for cooling one. When Polymer 1 was heated at at 45°C and cooling at 35°C for 16h, the polymer solution remained phase separated. We injected the polymer solution into caudal vein of a mouse and warmed around the injected area. We observed a long term obturation of the vessel.
