N2 - Wrinkles are a phenomenon of aging that is of great concern in relation to beauty. It is surmised that wrinkles brought on by dryness of the skin can be effectively improved with moisturizers. Therefore, a soluble cosmetics sheet (Equitance® Vitology Wrinkle Sheet A) containing three freeze-dried moisturizing components, poly (tripeptide-6) (artificial collagen), sodium hyaluronate, and pullulan, along with a cosmetic moisturizing essence (Equitance® Vitology Essence B) composed of artificial collagen and sodium hyaluronate, were used in a randomized, single-blind study aimed at evaluating the effect and usefulness of moisturizers on wrinkles.Participation consent was obtained from 42 healthy male adults who were then divided into two equal groups based on age and wrinkle grade.Wrinkles of the skin at the corner of the eye were of grades 2.0-5.0 as described in Guidelines for Evaluation of Anti-wrinkle Products. Evaluation was done after 4 weeks of regular use. The results of the study confirmed a high moisturizing effect as well as wrinkle improvement from the soluble sheet. No subjects developed adverse symptoms or dropped out of the study, and all subjects used the product to completion without any safety issues.
