N2 - An improved Forward-Backward Time-Stepping (FBTS) method has been developed. In this method, the distribution of estimate electrical parameters in seeking region is expanded in terms of Fourier series, to get a new gradient by controlling the number of the series truncation. A very convenience edge-preserving regularization has been proposed.
