Abstract

Mature females of Vestigipoda breviseta n. sp. were collected from a colony of Aenictus camposi, V. intermedia n. sp. from a colony of Aenictus species 2 of Sk. Yamane and of V. longiseta n. sp. from a colonies of Aenictus species 18a of Sk. Yamane in Malaysia. The un-named ant species and the new fly species are described, and a key to the females of the five fly species of this genus now known is provided. Behavior of V. longiseta and its host ant is reported.
