Abstract

A 10-year-old girl complained of visual disturbance in both eyes. Slitlamp examination disclosed mutton fat keratic precipitates and cellular reaction in the anterior chamber. Posterior synechiae were present. Ophthalmoscopic examination demonstrated 'sunset glow' fundus. Vitiligo was found on her back and buttocks. Although oral steroid therapy improved her visual acuity, there have been recurrences of iridocyclitis.
