    Abstract

Accurate measurement of dialyzed blood flow velocity is an important medical procedure. We successfully measure absolute blood flow velocity by increasing laser power density and selecting the appropriate wavelength of a Laser Doppler Velocimeter (LDV). This enables accurate measurement of the velocity of high-concentration fluid.
