Abstract
Electrical switching property of the vacuum deposited amorphous organic thin film melamine cyanurate (MC) was studied. The resistance of the film changed to a lower value and showed linearity in its current-voltage relationship under a higher applied voltage. The MC film returned from the resistor state to the semiconductor state with a higher impedance after applying a negative driving voltage of less than 100 s.
