Abstract

The (alkyltrichlorosilane/fluoroalkyltrichlorosilane) mixed monolayer with various surface chemistry was prepared as a model surface for protein-surface interaction studies. The interaction of protein at the solid-liquid interface was examined using bovine serum albumin (BSA). The protein-monolayer surface interaction was determined based on atomic force microscopy (AFM).
