N2 - Ionic liquids based on TFSI anion and quaternary ammonium cations, containing the chemical structure of organic solvents such as diethylcarbonate, were prepared to use as an in-volatile organic additives for EMI systems. The addition of both the additive salt and a lithium salt effectively suppressed the reductive decomposition of EMI cation on Ni.
