Abstract
The subgenus Ectolabrus of the genus Euryusa is revised. The subgenus Austriusa Assing of the genus Euryusa is synonymized with the subgenus Ectolabrus (n. syn.). Four species of the subgenus, Euryusa (Ectolabrus) pipitzi (Eppelsheim), new combination, Eu. (Ec.) minor, n. sp., Eu. (Ec.) submaculata, n. sp., and Eu. (Ec.) inaequabilis, n. sp., are described. Ec. laticollis Sharp is synonymized with Eu. (Ec.) pipitzi (n. syn.). Lectotype of Ec. piliventris Rambousek (=Eu. (Ec.) pipitzi) is designated. Monophyly of this subgenus is discussed. A key to the species of the subgenus is given.
