Abstract
We report a case of retroperitoneal lymphocele performed laparoscopic marsupialization. The patient was a 47-year-old Japanese woman having the chief complaint of fever and right lumbar pain. Computed tomography demonstrated a 37 cm cystic mass. A posterior peritoneal window was established by creating a wide opening in the anterior wall of the lymphocele. Laparoscopic surgery for a retroperitoneal lymphocele is a safe and minimally invasive procedure.
