Abstract
Radiotherapy for T1 glottic carcinoma is important to preserve laryngeal functions. Local control rate of accelerated radiotherapy, radiotherapy of six fractions per a week and hyperfractionated radiotherapy are shown to be better compared with the radiotherapy of five fractions per a week in the past reports. Twenty-six cases were performed the radiotherapy of six fractions per a week for T1 glottic carcinoma. Five year local control rate was 88.3% and was treatable without the adverse events. Radiotherapy of six fractions per a week with daily dose of 2Gy was feasible, these toxicities were acceptable.
