Quantitative prediction for acceptance limit value of society for service quality of independent system

Abstract

In this paper, we propose a prediction method of an acceptance limit value of society for service quality. The quality of service can be quantified by subjective evaluation of an individual. Then the acceptance limit value of society is dinned by an stable limit of social condition. We then calculate the stable limit in quantity by a numerical simulation with the Hierarchized Cellular Automata model. Results of the calculation show that the stable limit can be determined with the corresponding constants of the subject group. Finally we predicted the acceptance limit with the result of calculation and an experimental constant of the subject group.
