Abstract

The QUEST (Kyushu, pronounced as "Q-shu" University Experiment with Steady-state spherical Tokamak) project is promoted from 2005 in the frame work of bi-directional collaboration organized by N1FS (National Institute for Fusion Science) to study plasma wall interaction on high temperature all-metal wall in long duration plasma on a spherical tokamak configuration. Present status and future plan of QUEST are presented.
