Abstract

Addresses the occurrence of Tubiphytes from the bioclastic limestone facies and coeval chert facies of the Funabuseyama Permian oceanic-rocks of the Mino terrane, and reconstructs their depositional setting. Emphasizes the boundstone-forming role of Tubiphytes and associated filamentous blue-green algae in the bioclastic limestone facies. -from Author
