PARK MANAGEMENT EVOLVED FROM PROJECT AGREEMENT BASED ON INSTALLATION-MANAGEMENT PERMISSION: CASE OF TENSHIBA, ENTRANCE AREA OF TENNOJI PARK

This study focuses on the park management evolved from the park renewal project based on the agreement of installation-management permission in Tennoji park. The park management of Tennoji park is composed of hardware tasks and software tasks. First, this study makes clear the process and characteristics of hardware tasks. Second, this study verifies the details and achievement of software tasks including cleaning, security, lawn and planting management as well as events held in Tenshiba under the cooperation with other local actors. Finally, this study evaluates the outcome of park management based on the questionnaire.
