Optical Group-delay Filters for 300-GHz-wave Beam Steering

Abstract

We proposed a concept of a continuous THz-wave beam steering method based on optical filters with gradient group-delay. We experimentally demonstrated a 300-GHzwave beam steering as wide as 10° using arrayed photomixers with integrated 2×4 planar slot antennas.
