Abstract
Studied are remarkable properties of the fundamental L-operators for the quantum lattice WN algebra. Using operators which constitute the extended Weyl algebra, we show that the fundamental L-operators satisfy the Yang-Baxter equation. Briefly discussed is the construction of the generalized lattice sine-Gordon equation.
