Abstract

Two (Δ1, ΔK) = (2, -1)-type vibrationally induced rotational transitions in the ν5 state of CDF3 have been observed by CO2 laser-microwave double resonance. The observed microwave frequencies, combined with the available spectroscopic data, yield C0 = 5673.214(85) MHz and DK0 = 4.4(15) kHz.
