Abstract

Laser spectroscopy based on multi-wavelength and multi-stripe waveguided solid-state dye laser was presented. The multi-stripped waveguide structure was fabricated using ultraviolet lithography and wet etching method. The laser performance of the waveguided distributed feedback (DFB) dye laser was evaluated by pumping with a ns-pulsed, frequency-double Nd:YAG laser. Measurement of D lines of sodium atom using multi-wavelength DFB dye laser integrated on a single chip was demonstrated.
