Abstract

Kinetic parameters of DNA digestions by EcoRV such as binding and dissociation rate constants of enzymes to DNA (k_on and k _off) and the site-specific cleavage reaction (k_cat) could be obtained using a DNA-immobilized quartz-crystal microbalance (QCM).
