Abstract

The density of a weakly ionized plasma channel is of the order of 1013 cm-3 and the plasma channel has a long lifetime of the order of ms were produced by the accumulation effect of charged particles generated by using a kHz high-repetition-rate KrF excimer laser. The density of charged particles with KrF excimer laser operation of kHz order was measured by means of laser absorption in order to evaluate accumulation effect of charged particles and the lifetime of laser produced plasma.
