Abstract

We measured the survivability ratio of Escherichia coli suspension to apply the impulse generator. In this experiment, we desired to find the excellent condition of the applied impulse parameter in experiment. The experiment are performed by using the fixed R and C value and the changed L values in RLC discharging network and compared with the survivability in each cases. Ultimately, the experiment results show that the parameters to decide pulse waveform in discharging circuit are the critical factor on the condition of sterilization.
