N2 - We report a case with a retrosternal gastric tube after oesophagectomy, who required left atrial myxoma resection, pulmonary vein isolation and left atrial appendage closure. A right mini-thoracotomy approach was adopted to avoid neo-oesophagus injury, and nitric oxide inhalation was useful to facilitate one-lung ventilation while dissecting the pleural adhesion.
