Abstract
A study was performed on the electrostatic interchange mode in the presence of dust. The standardly accepted stabilization of the interchange mode in the presence of negatively charged grains were violated due to the spatial dependence of the charge on grains. It was found that the dipolar vortex propagated in the direction of the ion drift, while the tripole and the vortex chains were carried by the drift flow.
