Abstract

The interaction between glycopolymer and Aβ was analyzed. Glycopolymer with sulfated sugar inhibited the aggregation of Aβ. The inhibition effect was not observed with polyacrylamide and polyvalent GlcNAc. The conformation of Aβ with glycopolymer was depending on the glycopolymer structure and sugar contents. These results showed that the glycopolymer could be the Aβ inihibitor.
