Abstract

A high-temperature-resistant electro-optic polymer modulator is fabricated and demonstrated for generating reliable 56Gbit/s OOK and 112Gbit/s PAM-4. With the deployment of high Tg polymers, a negligible Q-factor variation is observed for the generated signals over a wide temperature range (20°C∼95°C).
