    Abstract

The formulation presented in a recent paper [Ultramicroscopy 58 (1995) 327] for quantitative ALCHEMI (atom location by channelling enhanced microanalysis) is developed by taking the delocalization effect into account. The earlier equations derived under different premises on antisite occupation of host elements are applicable if the characteristic intensity ratios are replaced by those with electron localized parameters.
