N2 - The authors apply the general formulation for the in-plane fiexural free vibration analysis obtained in the previous report to a structure with two layers regarded as a discrete system. They describe the influence coefficient matrix at the left hand end of a vibrational system, and the rules of field and point transfers explicitly, and state the effective method of numerical computations suitable for the remarkably stiff intermediate elastic supports between layers in detail. The results of the simple numerical computational examples demonstrate the validity of the algorithm obtained in the previous report, that is, the numerical high accuracy, the high speed vibrational analysis and the flexibility for programming of the transfer influence coefficient method, compared with the transfer matrix method on the personal computer.
