    Abstract

A one-step preparation of DNA-carrying colloidal nanoparticle through the self-organization of poly(N-isopropyl acrylamide (PNIPAAm) copolymer was reported. The colloidal particles were prepared by immersing the sample cells in oil bath at 40° C for 60 min. The particle obtained had narrow size distribution and formed and assembly through the hybridization with complementary crosslinking DNA.
