Abstract

The isothermal magnetization curves were examined for GdMn ₂Ge₂, which shows a ferrimagnetic to antiferromagnetic transition at T₁ = 95 K. It was found that the compound undergoes a field-induced magnetic transition below T₁ for both H\\c and H ⊥ c. Based on the results, the H - T diagrams were obtained.
