    Abstract

A novel photoelectric conversion device was fabricated by using poly-3-dodecylthiophene film and nanoparticles consisting of C 60 fullerene and ethylenediamine on a transparent electrode. Incorporation of the nanoparticles substantially enhanced the photocurrent from the polythiophene film.
