Abstract

Thermal contact resistance of micro/nano wire is challenging to determine due to its small size. In this paper, temperature dependent TC and TCR of individual PAN based carbon fiber which stick with heat sink by silver paint, soldering tin and silicone oil were measured using Raman spectroscopy. Experimental results indicate the TC increase with the decreasing of average temperature in this experimental temperature range. Temperature dependent TCR is affected by contact material.
