Abstract

The existence of a ground state of the Nelson Hamiltonian with perturbations of the form σ⁴ _{j =1} c_jφ^j with c⁴ ≥ 0 is considered. The self-adjointness of the Hamiltonian and the existence of a ground state are proven for arbitrary values of coupling constants.
