Abstract

Since the article's original publication, two corrections have been made in the Abstract. The total number of adults stated in the first sentence of “Methods” should read: “1,687” instead of “1,678”. The value in the first sentence of “Results” should read: “16.2%” accordingly, instead of “16.3%”. The authors apologize for this error.
