Abstract

The [2,3]-Wittig rearrangement of (E)-crotyl propargylic ethers, when induced with a t-BuLi / chiral bis(oxazoline) complex, is shown to provide high enantioselectivity (up to 89% ee) along with high diastereoselectivity.
