Abstract
Electrical property of KFeS2 was studied using specimens prepared by various procedures. Resistivities of as-grown specimen have an order of 105 ωcm at 300K, but after annealed, decrease to 102 ωcm. The resistivity of the annealed specimen showed non-metallic dependence on temperature. The susceptibility of recrystallized specimen showed paramagnetic behavior with very weak temperature dependence. These results suggest that KFeS2 is essentially metallic.
