Abstract

In this study, the effect of the interlaminar shear strength by SPWC method was evaluated. Cylindrical CFRP laminas were made by conventional DRY method means winding on aluminum liner at room temperature, and made by combined SPWC method and DRY method means winding on heated aluminum liner at some temperatures. And interlaminar shear strength and volume fractions were measured. As a result, the interlaminar shear strength by conventional DRY method indicated about constant value as any winding tensions. And the interlaminar shear strength by SPWC method at 40 °C indicated higher values. But the interlaminar shear strength by SPWC DRY method at 80 °C with high winding tension decreased remarkably.
