Abstract
We discuss the driven translocation of semi-flexible polymer under strong driving force. In the course of the driven translocation, the chain shape is dynamically deformed with the propagation of the tensile force along the chain. We obtain the process time of the driven translocation under the strong force, taking account of the dynamical deformation of the shape, the finite extensibility and the bending elasticity.
