    Abstract

We aim to create gene delivery system responding to cellular signal i.e. exogenous DNAs are translated only in cancer cells. First, we synthesized polymer that grafted c-Src substrate peptide as gene carrier. Next, we generated complex with those polymer and DNA. In this meeting, we will report about characterization of DNA-carrier complex, and the ability of carrier to control transcription/ translation and protection of DNA.
