N2 - This paper treats development frameworks for web-based VR contents of 360VR images/videos. Recently, many companies produce VR goggles and many game companies release VR games that support VR goggles. However, there are few educational VR contents. Also, many companies produce 360VR cameras. It can be said that 360VR contents of 360VR images/videos supporting VR goggles are useful for education purposes, e.g., in the experiment or exercise subjects, students can deeply learn how they perform the experiments or exercises beforehand by experience of the 360VR contents. To easily develop such 360VR contents, the authors have already proposed several development frameworks for web-based VR contents such as navigation contents of 360VR videos and walkthrough contents of 360VR images. In this paper, the authors propose new development framework for web-based multi-location 360VR videos supporting VR goggles. There have been many services of freeviewpoint videos and free-viewpoint live streaming videos. However, there are not any multi-location 360VR videos. Multi-location 360VR videos supporting VR goggles have higher immersion rather than normal 360VR videos and freeviewpoint videos. So, multi-location 360VR videos supporting VR goggles are useful for education purposes. The authors insist the usefulness of the proposed development framework by showing several multi-location 360VR videos supporting VR goggles actually developed using the framework.
