Abstract

In this study, we prepared TiO2/polymer alternate films that were assembled with a polymer (PVA or PAA) and TiO2 by the gas-phase surface sol-gel process. The polymer template was removed by plasma treatment and we could prepare polymer-templated nanocavities that give different sizes in TiO2 matrices. The prepared nanocavities were used to introduce some functional materials such as C60 and cytochome c.
