N2 - A slit-type atom deflector is developed, that sends atoms at the aimed point on a substrate. In addition, a multi-slit atom detector with high spatial resolution is made. For the atom deflection by near-field light, a cold atomic beam is required. Cold atomic beam is generated with an atom funnel composed of evanescent-light mirrors.
