Abstract

In searching for a rental property, information such as a degree of quietness and sunshine on the rental property is important. Sensing devices are necessary to get that information. However, data collection devices cannot use the Internet and power from the outlet because the target is vacant rental property. Therefore, it is necessary to construct an IoT device capable of sensing environmental information without internet and power. In this paper, we develop an environmental information sensing device under the constraint that there is no electricity in the vacant rental property and a no Internet environment. As a result of the demonstration experiment based on the cooperation of real estate agents, we clarified that the proposed device can collect data.
